Conditions for using the Media Matrix Hub platform
Last updated: 30 April 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Media Matrix Hub platform (the "Service"), available at matrix.aihub.ovh, operated by Marketing-Ekspercki based in Poland (the "Operator"). Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
The Service provides social media marketing automation, including: AI-powered content generation, scheduling and publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest and Threads, trend analysis and multimedia asset management.
Using the Service requires creating an account. Users must be at least 18 years old. Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete an account if the User violates these Terms.
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Service features. After the Trial, access to publishing requires an active subscription. The billing model is based on the number of connected social media accounts (Standard: $15/account/month; Agency: $12/account/month from 10+ accounts). One-time prepaid token packages (100, 200, 500 tokens) are also available, valid for 12 months from purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Users agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practices. Prohibited activities include: sending spam and unsolicited commercial communications, violating the terms of social media platforms connected to the Service, generating unlawful content (including racist, discriminatory or pornographic content), attempting unauthorised access to computer systems.
Content generated by the Service via AI becomes the property of the User upon generation. The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, territorially unlimited licence to use the Service for the duration of the agreement. The source code, graphics and interface elements of the Service are the property of the Operator and are protected by copyright law.
The Operator is not liable for: interruptions to Service access due to maintenance or failures, AI-generated content (Users are responsible for verifying content before publishing), data loss caused by force majeure, decisions by social media platform algorithms affecting publication reach.
Users may delete their account at any time via the settings panel. After account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except for data required by tax and accounting law (retained for 5 years). Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes are resolved by the competent Polish court. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services. Contact: aiwbiznesiepl@gmail.com
YouTube features in the Service use YouTube API Services. A user who connects a YouTube account or uses YouTube publishing, preview, sync, or analytics features also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).
The Service requests only YouTube scopes used by available features, such as channel identification, publishing, video access, and analytics metrics. The technical OAuth connection and token refresh may be handled by PostForMe as an integration processor acting on behalf of the Operator. A user can disconnect the account in the Service or revoke access in Google Account permissions: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When publishing to YouTube, the user is responsible for the title, description, visibility, made-for-kids settings, and compliance with YouTube policies.
The external documents below define the Google/YouTube terms that apply to YouTube features in Media Matrix.
