How we process your personal data in accordance with GDPR
Last updated: 30 April 2026
The controller of your personal data is Marketing-Ekspercki (the "Controller"), operator of the Media Matrix Hub platform at matrix.aihub.ovh. Contact for data protection matters: aiwbiznesiepl@gmail.com
We collect: registration data (email address, password in hashed form), billing data processed by Stripe (name, card details — stored exclusively by Stripe), activity data in the Service (publication logs, schedules, generated content), OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts (encrypted), IP address and session data for security purposes.
We process your data to: provide the platform services (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of contract), handle payments and billing (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), ensure Service security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests), send system notifications (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), pursue potential claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data may be shared with: Supabase Inc. (authentication and database infrastructure), Stripe Inc. (payment processing), OpenRouter / Anthropic / Google (AI content generation only as needed for AI features), PostForMe (OAuth, publishing, and retrieving connected social account data, including YouTube), and Google / YouTube API Services (YouTube authorization and data). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Account data: for the duration of the contract + 30 days after account deletion. Billing data: 5 years under accounting regulations. System logs (security): 90 days. Marketing data (with consent): until consent is withdrawn.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify data (Art. 16), erasure ('right to be forgotten', Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), object to processing (Art. 21), withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact: aiwbiznesiepl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
The Service uses cookies. For detailed information please refer to our Cookie Policy.
We will notify you of significant changes by email with 14 days' notice. The current version is always available at matrix.aihub.ovh/privacy.
If you connect a YouTube channel, the Service may access and store data needed for visible product features: channel ID, channel name, video lists or IDs, publishing metadata, publishing status, statistics and analytics metrics, and encrypted OAuth tokens or integration identifiers. This data is used for publishing, previews, KPI dashboards, synchronization, and account diagnostics.
The YouTube connection may be technically routed through PostForMe. PostForMe handles OAuth, automatic token refresh, publishing, and metrics retrieval, then returns results to Media Matrix. PostForMe acts as a technical provider needed to deliver user-facing Service features.
We use data from YouTube API Services only for user-facing features and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell YouTube data or use it for behavioral advertising. A user can disconnect the account in the Service or revoke access in Google Account permissions. After disconnect, we stop new YouTube data access and delete or anonymize data according to our retention periods and legal obligations.
The external documents below define the Google/YouTube terms that apply to YouTube features in Media Matrix.
